形成性评价在急危重症护理学情景体验式教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨形成性评价在急危重症护理学情景体验式教学中的应用效果。方法 选取合肥医科大学护理学院2020级和2021级各一个本科班级处于第五学期的学生作为研究对象,以2020级为对照组(n=52),以2021级为实验组(n=52)。两组均采用情景体验式教学,对照组实施传统终结性评价,实验组实施形成性评价。教学后,比较两组学生的综合能力、自主学习能力、学业自我效能感。结果 实验组学生的综合能力得分,自主学习能力总分以及计划和实施、自我监控维度得分,学业自我效能感总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在情景体验式教学中实施形成性评价,能显著增强学生的综合能力、自主学习能力、学业自我效能感,为优化急危重症护理学实践教学评价体系提供了实证支持。 Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment in scenario-based experiential teaching of emergency and critical care nursing.Methods Students from one of Grade 2020 undergraduate classes and one of Grade 2021 undergraduate classes in the fifth semester from the Nursing School of Zunyi Medical University were selected as research subjects.The Grade 2020 served as the control group(n=52),and the Grade 2021 served as the experimental group(n=52).Both groups received scenario-based experiential teaching,the control group implemented traditional summative assessment,while the experimental group implemented formative assessment,the comprehensive ability,self-directed learning ability,and academic self-efficacy of the two groups were compared after the teaching.Results The students'scores in experimental group in comprehensive ability,total score of self-directed learning ability,including the dimensions of planning&implementation and self-monitoring,as well as total score of academic self-efficacy and all its dimensions were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing formative assessment in scenario-based experiential teaching can significantly enhance students'comprehensive ability,self-directed learning ability,and academic self-efficacy.This study provides empirical support for optimizing the practical teaching evaluation system of emergency and critical care nursing.
