摘要
目的评估OBE视域下急危重症护理学课程中思政元素与专业教学融合的实施效果。方法针对内蒙古某高等医学院校2022级护理本科生开展教学改革,通过“目标设定—元素提炼—内容重塑—方法改革”4个步骤,将思政教育有机融入急危重症护理学课程。基于长江雨课堂智慧平台构建教学闭环,并建立“过程性评估+技能考核+理论测试”的评价机制。结果课堂参与度(9.98±0.15)分;操作考核(93.16±2.67)分;理论成绩(79.09±5.54)分,呈中等偏上水平,无不及格者;97.3%的学生认可此教学模式,82.4%的学生愿意从事急诊相关工作,94.6%的学生认为增强了职业信念。结论基于OBE理念的教学模式在教学实践中达成知识内化、技能强化和价值观塑造的教育目标,为护理专业课程思政建设提供可借鉴的模式。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of integrating Ideological&Political elements with professional teaching in Critical Care Nursing course from the perspective of OBE.Methods A teaching reform was carried out for Grade 2022 nursing undergraduates in a certain medical university in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Through four steps of"goal setting-element extraction-content reshaping-method reform",Ideological&Political education was organically integrated into the Critical Care Nursing course.Based on the wisdom platform of the Yangtze River Rain Classroom,we will build a teaching closed-loop,and establish an evaluation mechanism of"process assessment+skill assessment+theoretical test".Results Classroom participation is(9.98±0.15)score;operational assessment is(93.16±2.67)score;the theoretical grade is(79.09±5.54)score,which is above average and no one fails;97.3%of the students agree with this teaching mode,82.4%of the students are willing to engage in emergency related work,and 94.6%of the students believe that it enhances their professional beliefs.Conclusion The teaching model based on the OBE concept achieves the educational goals of knowledge internalization,skill strengthening,and value shaping in teaching practice,providing a reference model for the Ideological&Political construction of nursing professional courses.
