摘要
以信息安全技术课程为例,对数字人技术在课程知识问答中的应用进行了研究。从应用场景、技术实现流程和实践案例三方面展开分析,设计了多模态输入解析、知识库交互与溯源式应答、智能体驱动课件生成及数字人多模态呈现的技术流程。研究结果表明,该技术通过形象化、拟人化的多模态交互方式,有效解决了传统知识问答中抽象知识难以直观呈现、交互形式单一、个性化需求响应不足等问题,显著提升了知识理解效率与学习体验。同时指出了情感交互深度不足、知识库动态更新机制不完善等局限性,并提出了技术优化与应用拓展方向。
Taking the course of information security technology as an example,this paper conducts research on the application of digital human technology in curriculum knowledge question answering.It carries out analysis from three aspects including application scenarios,technical implementation processes and practical cases,and designs a technical workflow that consists of multimodal input parsing,knowledge base interaction and traceable response,agent-driven courseware generation and multimodal presentation of digital humans.The research results show that through visualized and anthropomorphic multimodal interaction methods,this technology effectively addresses such limitations in traditional knowledge question answering as the difficulty in intuitively presenting abstract knowledge,monotonous interaction formats and insufficient responses to personalized demands,and significantly improves knowledge comprehension efficiency and learning experience.It also identifies limitations including insufficient depth of emotional interaction and imperfect dynamic update mechanism of knowledge base,and puts forward directions for technical optimization and application expansion.
