摘要
幼儿园是孩子们接受教育和生活的重要场所,食品卫生安全是幼儿园管理中的重中之重。本文以丽江市城区幼儿园为例,系统分析了幼儿园食品卫生安全管理中存在的主要问题和影响因素,并提出了优化策略。这些策略的实施有利于提高丽江市城区幼儿园的食品卫生安全水平,为其他地区幼儿园的食品卫生安全管理提供有益参考。
Kindergartens are an important place for children to receive education and live.Food hygiene and safety is a top priority in kindergarten management.Taking the kindergartens in the urban area of Lijiang City as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the food hygiene and safety management of kindergartens,explores the influencing factors,and proposes optimization strategies.The implementation of these strategies is conducive to improving the food hygiene and safety level of kindergartens in the urban area of Lijiang City,and providing a useful reference for the food hygiene and safety management of kindergartens in other regions.
