2021—2022年南安市食品污染与有害因素、食源性疾病的监测报告与分析

摘要 目的探讨2021—2022年南安市食品污染与有害因素及食源性疾病监测结果,为当地食源性疾病防控提供依据。方法回顾性调研南安市2021年1月—2022年12月食品污染与有害因素及食源性疾病的监测结果,统计合格率。从2个年度上报食源性疾病病例中各抽取300例,分类统计病例的性别、年龄、社会身份以及致病食品种类、食品类别、食品来源场所以及食品加工与包装方式。结果2021年与2022年南安市食品污染与有害因素监测的合格率分别为94.49%和98.19%,各上报食源性疾病1918例和1780例。抽样病例的性别分布基本相当,年龄分布以儿童和青年人为主,社会身份分布以农民、学生和散居儿童排位前三。致病食品以肉与肉制品、混合食品、水产动物及制品等多见,排位前三的来源场所为家庭、街头摊点/食品店、超市/便利店,主要加工方式为家庭自制,主要包装方式为散装/简易包装。结论南安市食品污染与有害因素监测合格率仍有提升空间,食源性疾病的发病数量也较多,食品卫生安全管理有待进一步加强。 Objective To explore the monitoring results of food contamination and harmful factors as well as foodborne diseases in Nan'an City from 2021 to 2022,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases in the local area.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted on the monitoring results of food contamination and harmful factors as well as foodborne diseases in Nan'an City from January 2021 to December 2022,and the pass rate was statistically analyzed.300 cases of foodborne diseases were randomly selected from each of the two reported cases in the past two years.The gender,age,social identity of the cases,as well as the types of pathogenic foods,food categories,food source places,and food processing and packaging methods were classified and statistically analyzed.Results The qualified rates of food contamination and harmful factor monitoring in Nan'an City in 2021 and 2022 were 94.49%and 98.19%respectively,and 1918 and 1780 cases of foodborne diseases were reported respectively.The gender distribution of the sampled cases was basically the same.The age distribution was mainly composed of children and young people.The social identity distribution ranked farmers,students and scattered children in the top three.Pathogenic foods were commonly found in meat and meat products,mixed foods,aquatic animals and their products,etc..The top three sources were households,street stalls/food stores,and supermarkets/convenience stores.The main processing method was homemade,and the main packaging method was bulk or simple packaging.Conclusion There is still room for improvement in the qualified rate of food contamination and harmful factor monitoring in Nan'an City.The number of foodborne diseases is also relatively large,and the management of food hygiene and safety needs to be further strengthened.
