摘要
随着汽车行业的蓬勃发展,以及用户对汽车轻量化需求日益提升,铝合金后副车架因其卓越的性能,在汽车零部件中得到日益广泛的应用。低压铸造工艺是其主要的成型手段,可有效保证产品质量。文章主要分析某车型低压铸造铝合金后副车架工艺改进与性能提升过程,旨在提高铝合金后副车架的性能,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the increasing demand for lightweight vehicles,aluminum alloy rear subframes have gained widespread application in automotive components due to their excellent performance.Low-pressure casting is the primary forming method,effectively ensuring product quality.This article mainly analyzes the process improvements and performance enhancements of low-pressure cast aluminum alloy rear subframes for a specific vehicle model,aiming to improve the performance of aluminum alloy rear subframes,reduce production costs,and enhance production efficiency.
