摘要
辅助生殖技术是生殖医学的核心内容之一,涵盖了生命早期发育的关键过程。本研究通过总结临床常用辅助生殖技术的应用与发展概况,探讨其对母婴健康的意义及对子代的影响,主要对体外受精-胚胎移植技术、双相卵细胞体外成熟技术、胚胎移植前遗传学诊断、卵胞质内单精子注射、胚胎冷冻保存技术、非侵入性遗传学检测等辅助生殖技术进行阐述分析。分析结果显示,不同的辅助生殖技术为不孕症患者提供了生育途径,在避免遗传病传递、保障母婴健康等方面具有重要意义,但辅助生殖技术在子代的出生体重、心血管代谢、神经发育等方面可能存在潜在风险。因此,以促进母婴健康为导向的辅助生殖技术需要进一步发展,提高其安全性与高效性,为未来试验提供借鉴与思考以促进人类健康生育。
Assisted reproductive technology is one of the core contents of reproductive medicine,covering the key process of early life development.This study summarizes the application and development of commonly used assisted reproductive technologies in clinical practice,and discusses its significance to maternal and infant health and its influence on offspring.This paper mainly elaborates and analyzes assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technique,biphasic in vitro maturation,preimplantation genetic diagnosis,intracytoplasmic sperm injection,embryo cryopreservation techniques,non-invasive preimplantation genetic detection and so on.The analysis results show that various assisted reproductive technologies offer fertility options for infertile couples,playing a crucial role in preventing the transmission of genetic diseases and ensuring the health of both mothers and infants.However,these technologies may pose potential risks to the birth weight,cardiovascular metabolism,and neurological development of offspring.Therefore,assisted reproductive technologies oriented toward enhancing maternal and infant health need to be further developed to enhance safety and efficiency,and to provide reference and reflection for future research to promote healthy human reproduction.
