摘要
王庄煤业15108工作面回采期间有臭鸡蛋气味,严重时可导致工作人员眼睛红肿、呕吐等情况,严重影响工人生命健康安全。通过硫化氢与碱液的中和反应原理,提出在采煤机喷雾内混合硫化氢药剂的方法。在采煤机喷雾进水管上安装一套射流器,利用射流器将硫化氢治理药剂混合到采煤机外喷雾内,使药剂与风流及煤体实现充分接触,经过现场试验得出王庄煤业15108工作面硫化氢药剂最佳质量配比为0.125%。使王庄煤业采煤工作面硫化氢平均浓度从0.0015%降到0.00031%以下,保障了工作面安全生产。
During the backfilling period of the 15108 working face in Wangzhuang Coal Industry,there is a foul odor of rotten eggs,which can seriously cause redness,swelling,vomiting,and other symptoms in the eyes of workers,seriously affecting their life,health,and safety.Based on the neutralization reaction principle of hydrogen sulfide and alkali liquor,the method of mixing hydrogen sulfide agent in the spray of shearer is proposed.A set of jet device is installed on the water inlet pipe of the shearer spray.The jet device is used to mix the hydrogen sulfide treatment agent into the spray outside the shearer,so that the agent can fully contact with the air flow and coal body.Through the field test,the best ratio of hydrogen sulfide agent in Wangzhuang Coal Industry 15108 working face is 0.125%.The average concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the coal mining face of Wangzhuang Coal Industry has been reduced from 0.0015%to below 0.00031%,ensuring safe production in the face.
