高家堡煤矿超前高压注水封控硫化氢气体技术研究

摘要 针对普通预注工艺通过多钻孔方式弥补碱性吸收液与煤层内硫化氢充分接触,造成的工作面硫化氢治理效率低、成本高等问题,采用高压预注硫化氢吸收液吸收煤层中的硫化氢,将硫化氢吸收液通过高压注水打孔注入煤层中,通过理论分析及现场试验,对高家堡煤矿厚煤层最佳封孔长度进行研究。研究结果表明,封孔长度的增加会直接影响封孔材料所能承受的最大注水压力。封孔长度少于9 m时,封孔材料所能承受的最大注水压力与封孔长度呈正比;大于9 m后,封孔长度的增加对提高封孔材料最大承水压力没有明显作用;采用胶囊膨胀式封孔器后,封孔效率提高远超70%,为工作面的安全生产提供保障。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of hydrogen sulfide treatment in working face caused by the full contact between alkaline absorption liquid and hydrogen sulfide in coal seam through multi-borehole method in common pre-injection process,this paper adopts high-pressure pre-injection hydrogen sulfide absorption liquid to absorb hydrogen sulfide in coal seam,and injects hydrogen sulfide absorption liquid into coal seam through high-pressure water injection drilling.Through theoretical analysis and Gaojiapu field test,the optimal sealing length of thick coal seam in Gaojiapu Coal Mine is studied.The results show that the increase of sealing length will directly affect the maximum water injection pressure that the sealing material can bear.When the sealing length is less than 9 m,the maximum water injection pressure that the sealing material can bear is proportional to the sealing length.When the sealing length is greater than 9 m,the increase of sealing length has no obvious effect on improving the maximum water pressure of sealing material.After using the capsule expansion hole sealing device,the sealing efficiency is improved by more than 70%.
