综放工作面硫化氢注碱治理技术研究

摘要 为了研究高家堡二盘区204工作面回采过程中硫化氢治理的措施,采用理论分析、现场观测与数值模拟相结合的研究方法,研究了不同时间和不同压力下的碱性治理液防治硫化氢的措施。在204工作面全长巷口(回风口)、绕道转角、试验地点、上隅角和开切眼等特定地点布置10个测点,定期对各测点硫化氢体积分数进行观测,实测出204工作面各区域的硫化氢涌出量,通过对喷洒硫化氢吸收液吸收效率影响因素的分析,结合204工作面的实际情况,设计研究喷洒吸收液治理硫化氢的工艺技术。结果表明,随着注碱时间的延长,碱的扩散范围也随之增大,在注碱48h和注碱压力4MPa的条件下,碱的扩散半径最大可达5m,是最佳选择。 In order to study the measures for governing hydrogen sulfide during the stoping process of the 204 working face in Gaojiabao No.2 Panel Area,a research method combining theoretical analysis,on-site observation,and numerical simulation is adopted to study the measures for preventing and treating hydrogen sulfide with alkaline treatment fluids at different times and pressures.Ten measuring points are set up at specific locations such as the entire length alley entrance(return air outlet),detour corners,test sites,upper corners,open-off cuts and others of the 204 working face.The volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide at each measuring point is regularly observed to actual measure the hydrogen sulfide emission quantity in each area of the 204 working face.By analyzing the factors affecting the absorption efficiency of spraying hydrogen sulfide absorption liquid and combining with the actual situation of the 204 working face,the process technology of spraying absorption liquid to govern hydrogen sulfide is designed and studied.The results show that with the extension of alkali injection time,the diffusion range of alkali also increases.Under the conditions of 48 hours of alkali injection and 4 MPa alkali injection pressure,the maximum diffusion radius of alkali can reach 5 m,which is the best choice.
