摘要
高性能体育运动服的功能需求日益多元化,推动印染技术向功能集成化、智能化和可持续化方向革新。系统梳理新型印染技术在湿度管理、热调节及动态压缩等核心功能实现中的创新路径,并揭示当前技术瓶颈集中于功能持久性、工艺复杂性与产业化成本矛盾,提出未来3D打印、人工智能与电子纺织技术的方向,以期构建功能、美学、可持续协同发展的技术体系,为运动服装性能升级与绿色转型提供理论支撑。
The functional requirements of high-performance sports apparel are becoming increasingly diversified,driving the innovation of printing and dyeing technology towards functional integration,intelligence and sustainability.This paper systematically sorts out the innovative paths of the new printing and dyeing technology in the realization of core functions such as humidity management,heat regulation and dynamic compression,and reveals that the current technical bottlenecks are mainly concentrated in the contradiction between functional durability,process complexity and industrialization cost.It also proposed the future directions of 3D printing,artificial intelligence and electronic textile technology,with the aim of building a technical system that promoted the coordinated development of function,aesthetics and sustainability,and provided theoretical support for the performance upgrade and green transformation of sportswear.
