智能纺织实验室设想

The conceptual framework of intelligent textile laboratory

摘要 随着全球纺织产业的快速发展,质量与安全成为国际贸易的核心议题。在纺织品质量检测领域,质检机构在监督和保障纺织品品质中发挥关键作用。然而,随着社会发展,质检机构正面临测试任务激增、时效性不足、客户产品信息保密等多重挑战。因此,提出基于信息化技术的实验室管理构想,通过融合物联网IoT、射频识别RFID和输送带系统构建智能纺织实验室(Intelligent Textile Laboratory)系统,以应对传统测试实验室时效及保密性弊端问题。该系统以模块化架构为核心,覆盖样品接收、信息录入、标识、样品图像采集、制样、测试及报告生成全流程,实现测试效率提升、保障客户数据安全等目的,旨在为纺织质检机构提供智能实验室变革思路参考,推动行业向智能化转型. The rapid development of the global textile industry has made quality and safety core issues for discussion in international trade.Textile quality inspection agency play an improtan part in ensuring the quality of textiles and supervising.However,as the society developing,the textile quality inspection agency now facing multiple challenges of testing tasks incresed,and the insufficient timeliness,confidential information for customers,etc.The article proposes a concept of laboratory management which based on information technology.To resolve the timeliness and insufficient confidentiality problems by constructing an Intelligent Textile Laboratory(ITL)system which is integrates by Internet of Things(IoT),Radio Frequency Identification(RFID),and conveyor belt systems.To enhance testing efficiency and ensure the security of customer data,the ITL system has a core modular architecture,and it covers the entire process from sample reception,information entry,marking,sample image acquisition,sample preparation,testing to report generation.Aims to provide reference ideas for the transformation of intelligent laboratories for textile quality inspection agency,and promote the industry's transition towards intelligence.
