摘要
建筑幕墙在现代建筑工程中广泛应用,其在提升建筑整体外观品质的同时,也保障各项建筑性能符合设计要求。建筑幕墙构造体系主要分为构件式和单元式幕墙体系,为解决二者单独使用时的性能局限与成本矛盾,通过对比分析其构造原理、施工特点及优劣势,提出一种构件式与单元式相结合的幕墙体系(简称组合幕墙)。该体系通过优化单元组件结构设计,采用工厂预制加工与现场灵活安装相结合的模式,已在许多工程实例中成功应用。实践结果表明,组合幕墙较常规单元式幕墙造价降低15%以上,同时满足气密、水密及保温性能相关规范要求,为高层建筑幕墙设计与施工提供了可靠技术方案,具有广泛推广价值。
Building curtain walls are widely used in modern construction projects.While improving building appearance quality,they also ensure all performances meet design requirements.The structural systems of building curtain walls are mainly component-type and unit-type.To solve the performance limitations and cost contradictions of using them alone,a combined curtain wall system(abbreviated as"combined curtain wall")integrating both is proposed by comparing their structural principles,construction characteristics,advantages and disadvantages.By optimizing the structural design of unit components and adopting the mode of factory prefabrication plus on-site flexible installation,this system has been successfully applied in many engineering cases.Practical results show that compared with conventional unit-type curtain walls,the combined one reduces costs by over 15%.It also meets relevant specification requirements for air tightness,water tightness and thermal insulation,providing a reliable technical solution for the design and construction of high-rise building curtain walls with broad promotion value.
