摘要
在全球积极推动碳中和的背景下,各行业亟须探索节能减排路径。疫苗生产用具的灭菌作为关键环节,其能耗问题突出。脉动真空灭菌工艺虽灭菌效果可靠,但能耗较高。本文系统分析了该工艺的能耗现状与影响因素,并从设备升级、工艺参数优化、余热回收等方面提出具体优化策略,旨在显著降低能耗,推动疫苗生产绿色低碳转型,助力碳中和目标实现。
Against the backdrop of actively promoting carbon neutrality globally,various industries urgently need to explore energy-saving and emission reduction paths.The sterilization of vaccine production equipment is a key link,and its energy consumption problem is prominent.Although the pulsating vacuum sterilization process has reliable sterilization effect,it consumes a high amount of energy.This article systematically analyzes the energy consumption status and influencing factors of the process,and proposes specific optimization strategies from equipment upgrades,process parameter optimization,waste heat recovery,etc.,aiming to significantly reduce energy consumption,promote the green and low-carbon transformation of vaccine production,and help achieve carbon neutrality goals.
