摘要
低温等离子灭菌是医院常用的一种医疗器械灭菌技术,尤其适用于一些热敏材料医疗器械的处理,可解决其灭菌、消毒方面困难的问题,可为临床医疗器械的正常应用提供有效支持。本研究主要介绍了舱门无法正常关闭、设备取消程序后不能正常开门的故障,通过逐步排查法层层分析最终确定故障点位于Pwa ss relay板和I/O数字电路板以及舱门传感器,最终通过更换元器件的方法排除了故障。本文通过对STERRAD 100S低温等离子灭菌器舱门相关的2例故障的排除方法进行分析,可为相关维修工程师提供一定的参考,具有借鉴意义。
Low temperature plasma sterilization is a commonly used sterilization technology for medical devices in hospital.Especially for some heat sensitive materials and devices,it can solve the problems of sterilization and disinfection,and provide effective support for the application of clinical medical devices.This study mainly introduced the failure of the cabin door can not be closed normally and the cabin door can not be opened normally after canceling the equipment program.Through the step by step analysis,the fault points were finally determined to be located in the Pwa ss relay board,I/O digital circuit board and the cabindoor sensor.Finally,the faults were eliminated by replacing related components.The maintenance methods of the two cases of STERRAD 100S low temperature plasma sterilizer can provide some support for relevant practitioners and have reference significance.
