摘要
目的:了解重症监护室(ICU)护士焦虑状况,分析其产生原因并提出相应对策。方法:于2023年3月-5月采取便利抽样法选取安徽省蚌埠市6家二级甲等及以上综合医院的975名重症监护室护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、广泛性焦虑自评量表(GAD-7)进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:975例重症监护室护士具有焦虑人数为413例(42.36%),其中轻度焦虑229例(23.49%),中度焦虑117例(12.00%),重度焦虑67例(6.87%);单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、赡养老人数目、养育子女个数、文化程度、家庭收入等方面差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,养育子女个数≥3个(参照组为≤2个)与文化程度高(参照组为专科)是焦虑得分的正向预测因子。结论:重症监护室护士焦虑状况发生率较高,医院管理者应对各项危险性因素采取针对性干预措施,提高其心理弹性,缓解焦虑情绪。
Objective:Understanding the Anxiety Status of ICU Nurses,Analyzing the Causes and Proposing Related Countermeasures.Methods:From March to May 2023,a cross-sectional study was conducted employing a convenience sampling method.A total of 975 ICU nurses were recruited from six Class II Grade A(or higher)general hospitals in Bengbu City,Anhui Province,China.Data were collected via a General Information Questionnaire and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale(GAD-7).Statistical analysis was subsequently performed on the survey results.Results:Among 975 ICU nurses,413 cases(42.36%)reported anxiety symptoms,including:Mild anxiety:229 cases(23.49%of total nurses);Moderate anxiety:117 cases(12.00%of total nurses);Severe anxiety:67 cases(6.87%of total nurses);Univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences(P<0.05)across variables including gender,age,marital status,number of elderly dependents,number of children raised,education level,and family income.Multiple linear regression analysis identified two positive predictors of anxiety scores:Raising≥3 children(reference group:≤2 children);Higher education level(reference group:high school or below).Conclusion:ICU nurses have a high incidence of anxiety.Hospital managers take targeted intervention measures for various risk factors to improve mental resilience and relieve anxiety.
