摘要
目的:调查广西壮族自治区重症监护室(ICU)护士对机械通气雾化吸入的知信行现状及其影响因素,为规范机械通气病人雾化吸入护理实践提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2025年2月采用自行设计的ICU护士机械通气雾化吸入知信行问卷对广西壮族自治区16所二级及以上医院的ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果:最终纳入485名ICU护士,知识、态度及行为维度得分分别为(69.83±15.14)分、(83.65±8.75)分、(84.27±13.30)分;多因素分析结果显示,机械通气雾化吸入培训频率、护士工作年限、机械通气雾化吸入操作经验是机械通气雾化吸入知识的影响因素;机械通气雾化吸入培训频率、机械通气雾化吸入操作经验是机械通气雾化吸入态度的影响因素;性别、机械通气雾化吸入知识和态度是机械通气雾化吸入行为的影响因素。结论:ICU护士机械通气雾化吸入护理态度及行为比较积极,但知识掌握不全面,建议结合护士人群特征开展分层培训,通过提高知识水平进而提高机械通气雾化吸入的态度和行为,保障危重症病人雾化治疗安全。
Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)regarding mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation among ICU nurses,and to provide a basis for standardizing the nursing practice of nebulization inhalation in mechanically ventilated patients.Methods:A self⁃designed questionnaire on knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation was distributed to ICU nurses from 16 hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region using the convenience sampling method in February 2025.Results:A total of 485 ICU nurses were included.The scores for the knowledge,attitude,and practice dimensions were(69.83±15.14),(83.65±8.75),and(84.27±13.30)points,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the frequency of mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation training,nurses'work experience,and operational experience were influencing factors for knowledge of mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation.The frequency of training and operational experience influenced attitude of mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation,while gender,knowledge and attitude of mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation influenced practice toward mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation.Conclusion:ICU nurses demonstrated positive attitudes and practices toward mechanical ventilation nebulization inhalation,but their knowledge remained incomplete.It is recommended to implement stratified training programs tailored to nurse demographics to enhance knowledge,thereby improving attitudes and practices,and ensuring the safety of nebulization therapy for critically ill patients.
