中国水仙锰积累特性分析

Analysis of manganese accumulation characteristics of Narcissus tazetta var.Chinensis

摘要 以3 a生中国水仙为试材,采用水培方法,研究了不同Mn含量条件下中国水仙生长及理化指标的变化及中国水仙对锰的富集特性。研究结果表明:中国水仙在Mn含量为200 mg/L处理下根系长势最好,在Mn含量为150 mg/L处理下叶片重量和叶片长度显著高于对照处理,说明锰胁迫对中国水仙的根系长度和叶片生长有显著影响;随着Mn含量增高,中国水仙的超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢含量随之降低,而过氧化氢酶活性呈现先低后高的趋势,在锰200 mg/L处理下达到最高,谷胱甘肽含量则为显著增加;在Mn含量为150和200 mg/L处理下丙二醛含量减少;锰胁迫对中国水仙叶绿素a的含量没有显著影响,对叶绿素b有显著影响;中国水仙各器官锰累积能力较差,根对锰的积累量都没有显著受到Mn含量变化的影响。研究显示中国水仙对锰有一定抗性,但不能够作为锰的超富集植物。 Using two-year-old Narcissus tazetta var.Chinensis as the experimental material,a hydroponic system was employed to investigate the effects of different concentrations of manganese(Mn)on the growth and physiological-biochemical characteristics of Narcissus tazetta var.Chinensis.The results showed that root length was most significantly promoted under 200 mg/L Mn treatment,while leaf weight and leaf length were significantly increased under 150 mg/L Mn treatment,indicating that Mn stress markedly influenced root elongation and leaf growth.With increasing Mn concentration,superoxide dismutase activity and hydrogen peroxide content in leaves decreased,whereas catalase activity showed a trend of initial inhibition followed by promotion,reaching the highest level at 200 mg/L Mn.Glutathione content significantly increased across all Mn treatments.Malondial dehyde content decreased significantly under 150 and 200 mg/L Mn.Mn stress had no significant effect on chlorophyll a content but significantly affected chlorophyll b content.Manganese accumulation in plant organs was relatively low,and neither root nor flower tissues showed significant variation in Mn content across treatments.Overall,the results suggest that Narcissus tazetta var.Chinensis possesses a certain degree of tolerance to manganese stress but cannot be considered a Mn hyperaccumulator.
