摘要
以废弃银耳残渣为原料,搭配纸纤维、聚乙烯醇和甘油,研制银耳片状干面膜。通过单因素与响应面试验优化工艺配方,并检测面膜理化性质和卫生指标。结果显示,最优配方为银耳粉2.08 g、纸纤维1.01 g、聚乙烯醇0.46 g、甘油0.72 g,此条件下综合评分最高。该面膜使用体验好,pH值适配人体皮肤,溶出物中银耳多糖有保湿功效,吸水能力达自身重量10.95倍,机械强度好,耐热耐寒性稳定,卫生指标符合《化妆品安全技术规范(2015年版)》要求。
In this study,waste residues of Tremella fuciformis were used as raw materials,combined with paper fibers,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and glycerol,to develop a new type of Tremella residuederived flake dry facial mask.The process formula was optimized through single-factor and response surface experiments,and the physical and chemical properties as well as hygiene indicators of the dry facial mask were tested.The results showed that the optimal formula was 2.08 g of Tremella powder,1.01 g of paper fiber,0.46 g of PVA and 0.72 g of glycerol,under which the comprehensive score was the highest.This facial mask has a good user experience,with a pH value suitable for human skin.The Tremella polysaccharides in the leachate have moisturizing effects,and its water absorption capacity reaches 10.95 times its own weight.It also has good mechanical strength,stable heat and cold resistance,and its hygiene indicators meet the requirements of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015.
