摘要
采用横断面调查方法,对浙江省322家医疗机构进行调研,系统分析了化妆品不良反应监测工作现状及存在问题。研究发现,各级医疗机构在监测人员配置与能力培养、制度体系、协同机制、风险预警等方面存在较大差异。针对上述问题,提出了构建分级管理体系、完善协同机制、制定技术规范、强化风险预警等优化路径,旨在为提升区域内化妆品安全监测效能提供参考依据。
A cross-sectional survey method was employed to investigate 322 medical institutions in Zhejiang Province to systematically analyze the current status and existing challenges of cosmetic adverse reactions monitoring.It revealed significant disparities among healthcare institutions at various levels in terms of personnel allocation and professional competence,institutional system development,collaborative mechanisms,and risk warning capabilities.In response to the above issues,optimization strategies such as establishing a tiered management framework,improving collaborative mechanisms,formuling technical standards,and enhancing risk warning systems were proposed.These recommendations aim to provide references for improving regional cosmetic safety surveillance effectiveness.
