摘要
在新时代教育强国、文化强国、出版强国协同推进的背景下,教育出版企业营销人才的复合型素养培养成为服务高质量教育出版、助推教育强国建设,传播出版社企业文化、推动文化传承发展,应对数字化挑战、推动出版企业转型升级,提升人才专业化能力、锻造高素质营销队伍的关键因素和重要力量。梳理教育出版企业营销人才的复合型素养培育现状,发现存在外部环境和自身因素的双重困境。未来,从外部环境上,应建立“严选+精选”体系、深耕“细育+深育”体系;从自身因素上,应更新理念、提升认知,锚定目标、提升能力,促进教育出版企业营销人才成长的同时,推动教育出版高质量发展。
In the context of the coordinated promotion of education,culture,and publishing powers in the new era,the cultivation of composite literacy of marketing talents in education and publishing enterprises has become a key factor and important force in serving high-quality education publishing,promoting the construction of education powers,disseminating publishing house corporate culture,promoting cultural inheritance and development,responding to digital challenges,promoting the transformation and upgrading of publishing enterprises,enhancing the professional ability of talents,and forging high-quality marketing teams.Sorting out the current situation of cultivating the composite literacy of marketing talents in educational publishing enterprises,it is found that there is a dual dilemma of external environment and internal factors.In the future,from the external environment,a"strict selection+selective selection"system and a deep cultivation"fine cultivation+deep cultivation"system should be established;From its own factors,it is necessary to update concepts,enhance cognition,anchor goals,improve capabilities,promote the growth of marketing talents in educational publishing enterprises,and promote the high-quality development of educational publishing.
