综合能源微网群共享电-氢混合储能容量配置与定价策略研究

Research on Capacity Allocation and Pricing Strategy for Shared Electricity-Hydrogen Hybrid Energy Storage in Integrated Energy Microgrid Cluster

摘要 共享电-氢混合储能是提升综合能源微网群多能互补能力与可再生能源消纳水平的关键技术。针对电-氢混合储能容量配置与设备利用率低的问题,构建了容量配置与多设备动态定价协同优化的双层规划模型。上层以电-氢混合储能运营商收益最大化为目标,优化电储能、电解槽、储氢罐、燃料电池的容量配置及其差异化动态服务价格;下层以综合能源微网群运行成本最小化为目标,制定电、热、氢多能协同运行策略。模型求解采用改进遗传算法(自适应交叉变异与精英保留策略)与CPLEX求解器相结合的联合优化方法,有效提升求解效率与稳定性。仿真结果表明:相较于纯氢与纯电储能模式,电-氢混合储能使运营商利润分别提升9.23%和532.73%,可再生能源弃电量分别降低22.10%和61.19%,同时微网群运行成本显著下降。研究验证了电-氢混合储能在提升系统经济性与能源消纳能力方面的有效性,为综合能源微网群的协同规划与运营提供了重要参考。 Shared electric-hydrogen hybrid energy storage is a key technology for enhancing the multi-energy complementarity capability and renewable energy consumption level of integrated energy microgrid clusters.To address the issues of low capacity utilization and low equipment utilization rates in electric-hydrogen hybrid energy storage,a bi-level programming model that collaboratively optimizes capacity allocation and multi-device dynamic pricing is constructed.The upper level aims to maximize the profit of the electric-hydrogen hybrid energy storage operator,optimizing the capacity allocation of electrical energy storage,electrolyzers,hydrogen storage tanks,and fuel cells,along with their differentiated dynamic service prices.The lower level aims to minimize the operational cost of the integrated energy microgrid clusters,formulating coordinated operation strategies for electricity,heat,and hydrogen.The model is solved using a joint optimization method that combines an improved genetic algorithm(featuring adaptive crossover and mutation with an elite retention strategy)and the CPLEX solver,effectively enhancing solution efficiency and stability.Simulation results show that compared to pure hydrogen and pure electrical energy storage modes,the electric-hydrogen hybrid energy storage increases operator profits by 9.23%and 532.73%,respectively,reduces renewable energy curtailment by 22.10%and 61.19%,respectively,and simultaneously significantly decreases the operational cost of the microgrid clusters.The research verifies the effectiveness of electric-hydrogen hybrid energy storage in improving system economics and energy accommodation capability,providing an important reference for the collaborative planning and operation of integrated energy microgrid clusters.
