基于激励型需求响应的微电网能源综合优化

Integrated Energy Optimization of Microgrids Based on Incentive-type Demand Response

摘要 为了优化微电网经济性并提高可靠性,提出一个将激励型需求响应与配电网重新配置相结合的微电网能源管理框架。所提出的框架以最小化微电网的燃料成本与购电成本、最大化微电网运营商收益为目标,并通过粒子群优化及Hong点估计法处理可再生能源的不确定性。在包含33母线的静态微电网中进行验证,仿真结果表明,相较于单独进行需求响应或配电网重新配置,二者的协同优化能够有效降低微电网对主网的依赖,减少网络损耗,改善电压水平,从而获得更优的微电网能源管理方案。 To optimize the economy of microgrids and enhance their reliability,a microgrid energy management framework that combines incentive-type demand response with the reconfiguration of distribution networks is proposed.The proposed framework aims to minimize the fuel cost and power purchase cost of the microgrid and maximize the revenue of the microgrid operator,and handles the uncertainty of renewable energy through particle swarm optimization and Hong point estimation method.The verification is carried out in a static microgrid containing 33 busbars.The simulation results show that,compared with conducting demand response or reconfiguring the distribution network,the collaborative optimization of the two can effectively reduce the microgrid’s dependence on the main grid,decrease network losses,improve voltage levels,and thereby obtain a better microgrid energy management solution.
