摘要
建筑层级模块定义基于建筑的组成单元、功能空间、部品构件形成的由大到小的分级模块层次系统,具有逐级限定与逆向影响的交互关系。通过对各层级模块的模数化设计,可以控制和提高模块的标准化程度,实现建筑各模块之间的形式交互契合与功能效率提升。南京浦口人才公寓是专为青年人才打造的青春住区,具有规格高、配套全、技术新的特点,作为浦口区首个建设的装配式建筑项目,在设计上采用了分层级的模块化设计方法,将建筑系统由户型单元、功能空间、立面构件进行层级的模块细分,以模数化组合的构成逻辑形成对层级模块“形”和“度”的设计控制,实现建筑平面“化繁从简”、立面“以简驭繁”的形式和韵律特征。本文以南京浦口人才公寓为例,介绍了分层级模块设计方法在装配式建筑模块中的重要作用。
The hierarchical module of building is defined as a hierarchical system of modules from large to small,formed based on building constituent units,functional spaces,and component parts.lt has an interactive relationship of gradual limitation and reverse influence.Through modular design of each hierarchical module,the standardization level of modules can be controlled and improved,achieving formal interaction and fit between building modules and enhancing functional efficiency.Nanjing Pukou Talent Apartment is a youth residential community specially built for young talents,featuring high specifications,comprehensive supporting facilities,and new technologies.As the first prefabricated building project constructed in Pukou District,it adopts a hierarchical modular method in its design.The building system is subdivided into hierarchical modules by apartment units,functional spaces,and facade components.Using the compositional logic of modular combination,it forms the design control via hierarchical modules,achieving rhythmic features and a"simplifying complexity'in design.
