摘要
目的分析上海市松江区新市民群体的生殖健康服务获得情况和需求情况。方法于2023年12月—2024年4月通过问卷星平台对居住在松江区16所人才公寓的新市民进行线上调查。结果在659名新市民中,仅有39.8%获得过生殖健康服务。多因素logistic分析,年龄、性别和婚姻状况是其影响因素。新市民最希望获得的生殖健康服务内容为生殖健康科普教育(63.58%);最希望获得生殖健康服务的渠道为短视频(56.90%)。结论松江区新市民的生殖健康服务获得率较低;各级计划生育协会需拓宽服务内容、创新服务形式,为新市民提供全方位、多元化的生殖健康服务。
Objective To analyze the access to and demand for reproductive health services among new residents in Songjiang District,Shanghai.Methods From December 2023 to April 2024,an online survey was conducted by Questionnaire Star on new residents living in 16 talent apartments in Songjiang District.Results Among 659 new citizens,only 39.8%had received reproductive health services.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age,gender,and marital status were the influencing factors.The most desired reproductive health service content for new citizens is reproductive health science popularization education(63.58%);the most desired channel for obtaining reproductive health services is short video(56.90%).Conclusion The rate of obtaining reproductive health services for new citizens is relatively low.Family planning associations at all levels need to broaden their service content and innovate service forms to provide comprehensive and diversified reproductive health services for new citizens.
