摘要
以福建省内首家紧密型医联体文化同质化发展历程、问题难点及对策进行实证分析,剖析紧密型医联体模式下的医院文化同质化对策,为国内同类型医联体文化同质化建设提供决策参考.紧密型医联体的文化同质化依然面临诸多困难,但良好的对策能够实现不同医院文化的有机融合,对理顺成员单位利益,提升医院管理水平、医疗服务能力、职工幸福感、社会满意度具有重要作用.
Based on the empirical analysis of the development process, difficulties and countermeasures of the culture homogeneity in the first close medical alliance in Fujian, this paper analyzes the hospital culture homogenization countermeasures in the close medical alliance to provide decision-making reference for the same type of medical alliance in China. The author believes that it is difficult to construct culture homogeneity in the close medical alliance, but good cultural homogenization countermeasures plays an important role in realizing cultural organic integration, rationalizing the interests of member units, and improving hospital management level, medical service ability, employee happiness, and society satisfaction.
