基础日粮添加不同水平绿原酸对肉羊生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:1

The effects of adding different levels of chlorogenic acid to basic feed on the growth performance,immunological functioning,and antioxidant indicators of meat sheep

摘要 文章旨在研究不同水平绿原酸(Chlorogenic Acid,CA)对肉羊生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取4月龄且初重相近[(27.58±1.29)kg]的160只育肥中期肉羊,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。各组分别用基础日粮+0、400、800、1200 mg/kg绿原酸喂养,并记为0CA组、400CA组、800CA组、1200CA组,试验为期60 d。结果:与0CA组相比,(1)800CA组、1200CA组肉羊末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)400CA组、800CA组、1200CA组肉羊血清IgG含量均显著提高(P<0.05),且800CA组肉羊血清IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)400CA组、800CA组、1200CA组肉羊血清总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),且1200CA组肉羊血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮添加绿原酸可提高肉羊的生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力,综合来看,肉羊基础日粮中绿原酸的适宜添加水平为800~1200 mg/kg。 The experiment aims to investigate the effects of adding different levels of chlorogenic acid(CA)to the basic feed on the growth performance,immunological functioning,and antioxidant indicators of meat sheep.Select 160 mid fattening meat sheep at 4 months of age with similar initial weights(27.58±1.29kg),and randomly divide them into 4 groups x 4 replicates x 10 meat sheep.Each group was fed with basic diet supplemented with 0,400,800,and 1200 mg/kg chlorogenic acid,respectively,and recorded as 0CA group,400CA group,800CA group,and 1200CA group.The experiment lasted for 60 days.Result:(1)Compared with the 0CA group,the 800CA group and 1200CA group significantly increased the final weight gain,average daily weight gain,and average daily feed intake of the sheep(P<0.05),while the feed to gain ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the 0CA group,the serum IgG levels in the 400CA group,800CA group,and 1200CA group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgA levels in the 800CA group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the TNF-αlevels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the 0CA group,the total antioxidant capacity of serum in the 400CA group,800CA group,and 1200CA group of sheep and the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in the serum of sheep in the 1200CA group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding chlorogenic acid to the basic feed improved the growth performance,immunological functioning,and antioxidant capacity of meat sheep.Overall,the appropriate level of chlorogenic acid addition in the basic feed of meat sheep is 800~1200 mg/kg.
