摘要
随着我国城市化率的不断提升,城市排水管网建设与运行总里程已超95万km,做好管网清淤工作对保障城市排水系统运行尤为重要。为解决大型清淤设备在工况受限空间进行作业时受限的问题,本文设计研发了一种面向工况受限空间的移动式电动抓斗清淤设备。分析了该设备的结构组成和技术优势,并通过实践对其应用效果进行验证。结果表明:该设备能够大幅度提高狭窄巷道工况或其他工程工况下受限空间的清淤效率,同时大幅度减少人力需求,明显降低清淤成本。该研究为管网清淤处理工程提供了可复制、可推广的施工方法,可以为类似工程提供参考。
With the continuous advancement of China's urbanization rate,the total construction and operation mileage of urban drainage pipe networks has exceeded 950,000 kilometers.It is particularly important to do a good job in dredging the pipe network to ensure the operation of urban drainage system.To solve the problem of limited operation of large-scale dredging device in restricted working spaces,this paper designs and develops a mobile electric grab dredging device for restricted working spaces.The structural composition and technical advantages of the device are analyzed,and its application effectiveness is validated through practical use.Practical application results indicate that this device can significantly improve the dredging efficiency of restricted working spaces under narrow roadway conditions or other engineering conditions,significantly reduce manpower requirements,and significantly lower dredging costs.This research provides a replicable and scalable construction method for pipeline dredging treatment projects,which can serve as a reference for similar engineering works.
