摘要
工程项目是社会发展的外在体现,是推动国家城市化进程、提高国家城市化率的重要途径。我国号称“基建狂魔”,其主要是因为我国的工程项目比较多,在我国改革开放后的几十年里,无论是房屋、桥梁、公路还是水利等工程,都随着国家的发展而不断拔地而起;但是我们仔细分析就不难发现,我国的项目工程建设成本过高,投入与产出不成正比,尤其是在房建工程项目板块,这类问题尤为突出,为此,我们需要对工程项目的工程造价与成本进行严格的管理与优化,降低项目工程的投入成本,增加建设效益,增强项目的建设效果。本文就房建工程项目的工程造价管理与成本优化进行探讨分析,旨在找出目前房建工程项目存在的问题,并针对这些问题进行不断的优化,降低房建工程的成本,强化对房建工程的工程造价管理,打造一片和谐的房建工程市场。
Engineering projects are the external manifestation of social development and an important way to promote the process of national urbanization and improve the national urbanization rate.China is known as the"infrastructure maniac"mainly because there are many engineering projects in China.In the decades after China's reform and opening up,whether it is houses,bridges,highways,or water conservancy projects,they have been constantly rising with the development of the country.However,upon careful analysis,it is not difficult to find that the construction cost of project engineering in China is too high,and the input and output are not proportional,especially in the housing construction project sector.Such problems are particularly prominent.Therefore,we need to strictly manage and optimize the engineering cost and cost of engineering projects,reduce the input cost of project engineering,increase construction efficiency,and enhance the construction effect of projects.This article explores and analyzes the engineering cost management and cost optimization of housing construction projects,aiming to identify the current problems in housing construction projects and continuously optimize them to reduce the cost of housing construction,strengthen the engineering cost management of housing construction,and create a harmonious housing construction market.
