碳纤维复合材料在电磁干扰屏蔽领域的研究进展

Research progress of carbon fiber composites in electromagnetic interference shielding

摘要 随着无线通信技术日新月异的发展,从4G到5G再到未来6G的探索,不仅提升了数据传输速度和服务质量,同时也带来了更为密集和复杂的电磁环境。碳纤维复合材料因具有导电性、耐腐蚀、密度小、机械强度高等优势,在电磁干扰屏蔽领域得到广泛应用。介绍了电磁干扰屏蔽机理及其测量方法,综述了碳纤维复合材料在电磁干扰屏蔽领域的研究进展,总结了影响碳纤维复合材料电磁干扰屏蔽性能的主要因素,探讨了碳纤维自身参数以及与其他材料复合对电磁干扰屏蔽性能的影响。最后对碳纤维复合材料在电磁干扰屏蔽领域未来的发展趋势进行了展望。 With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,the exploration from 4G to 5G to the future 6G not only improves the data transmission speed and service quality,but also brings a denser and more complex electromagnetic environment.Carbon fiber(CF)composites have been widely applied in electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding field because of their advantages of conductivity,corrosion resistance,low density and high mechanical strength.This article introduced the mechanism of electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding and its measurement methods.It reviewed the research progress of carbon fiber composites in the field of EMI shielding applications,summarized the key factors influencing the EMI shielding performance of carbon fiber composites,and discussed the impact of carbon fiber parameters as well as the composite with other materials on shielding effectiveness.Finally,according to the current research status,the future development trends of CFRP in the field of EMI shielding were prospected.
