摘要
为系统探究复杂地质条件下膨胀锚杆锚固性能影响要素和质量提升路径,利用Python数据挖掘技术对网络上的膨胀锚杆案例进行处理,并结合文献资料,识别汇总相关影响因子,编制问卷调查。利用主成分分析法(PCA)对问卷结果进行数据处理,得到主要影响成分的贡献率分别为22.1%、21.3%、18.0%、14.6%、8.2%。为了验证主成分因子对膨胀锚杆锚固性能的显著性水平,运用IBM SPSS软件对问卷结果进行了logistic回归分析,计算显著性数值分别为0.024、0.021、0.015、0.011、0.008,均达到评判标准。结果表明:影响膨胀锚杆锚固性能的主成分因子包括锚杆自身参数、钻孔工艺质量、锚杆承受荷载条件、应用环境、锚固基材性能,它们均对膨胀锚杆锚固性能具有显著影响,锚杆锚固性能提升应从5个主要维度综合考虑,平衡多因素对膨胀锚杆锚固性能的耦合作用,建立系统性的质量管理模式。
In order to systematically explore the influencing factors and quality improvement path of the anchoring performance of expansion anchor rods under complex geological conditions,this study used python data mining technology to process expansion anchor rods cases selected from the network in combination with literature data to identify and summarize relevant influencing factors and develope a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire were processed by the principal component analysis(PCA)method,and the contribution rates of the main influencing components were 22.1%,21.3%,18.0%,14.6%,and 8.2%respectively.In order to verify the significance level of principal component factors on the anchoring performance of expansion anchor rods,logistic regression analysis was conducted on the questionnaire results through IBM SPSS software.The significance values were 0.024,0.021,0.015,0.011,and 0.008,all of which met the evaluation criteria.The results indicate that the principal component factors affecting the anchoring performance of expansion anchor rods include the parameters of anchor rods,drilling process quality,load conditions of anchor rods,application environment and anchoring substrate performance,all of which have significant impact on the anchoring performance of expansion anchor rods.The improvement of anchor rods anchoring performance should be comprehensively considered from five main dimensions,as well as coupling effect of multiple factors on the anchoring performance of expansion anchor rods so as to establish a systematic quality management mode.
