摘要
辽宁省文体旅产业的国际化发展亟须具备跨文化交际能力的“外语+文旅”复合型人才支撑。基于跨文化交际理论,立足辽宁文体旅产业国际化实践需求,通过构建校企“双循环驱动”协同育人机制,创新提出“符号解构—认知对接—价值认同”三维能力模型,打造课程、场景、师资、评价“四维赋能路径”,并配套“四阶段递进评估”。该模式有效破解了文体旅产业国际推广中的“文化折扣”与“语言壁垒”问题,为区域文体旅产业高质量发展提供坚实的人才保障与理论支撑。
The international development of the culture,sports and tourism industry in Liaoning Province urgently requires the support of“foreign language+culture and tourism”compound talents with cross-cultural communication competence.Based on the theory of cross-cultural communication and in response to the practical demands of the internationalization of the culture,sports and tourism industry in Liaoning Province,it establishes a collaborative education mechanism driven by the dual circulation of schools and enterprises,and proposes a three-dimensional competence model of“symbol deconstruction-cognitive connection-value recognition”.A“four-dimensional empowerment path”of courses,scenarios,teachers and evaluation is created,along with a“four-stage progressive assessment”.This model effectively resolves the issues of“culture discount”and“language barriers”in the international promotion of the industry,providing a solid talent guarantee and theoretical support for the high-quality development of the regional culture,sports and tourism industry.
