摘要
急性呼吸道感染性疾病是儿科常见的疾病之一。儿童呼吸道感染不仅容易引起并发症和后遗症,对儿童生命健康造成严重的威胁,同时也会带来沉重的社会经济负担。目前,我国医疗卫生机构儿童急性呼吸道感染性疾病防治工作仍面临诸多挑战,特别是在合理用药方面存在短板。为此,国家卫生健康委妇幼健康中心组织专家依据国内外最新研究进展制定本指南,内容涵盖儿童急性呼吸道感染性疾病的流行病学特征、常用药物及合理用药原则、特殊情况用药、家长沟通及咨询要点等,旨在为医务工作者提供较为全面、系统的临床实践参考。
Acute respiratory infections are among the most common diseases in pediatrics.Respiratory viral infections not only can easily lead to complications and sequelae,posing a serious threat to children's life and well-being,but also impose significant social and economic burdens.The prevention and treatment of childhood acute respiratory infections in medical and health institutions in China are facing multiple challenges,particularly the inadequate rational use of drugs.To address this,the National Center for Women and Children's Health,NHC,PRC has organized multidisciplinary experts to formulate this guideline in light of the latest domestic and international research advances.This guideline covers the epidemiological characteristics of childhood acute respiratory infections,commonly used drugs and principles of rational drug use,drug administration in special circumstances,parental health education,and key consultation points,aiming to provide a more comprehensive and systematic reference for medical professionals.
