摘要
[目的]了解乳制品中黄曲霉毒素M_(1)(AFM_(1))污染水平。[方法]采用胶体金免疫层析快检法和高效液相色谱法测定银川市2 099份乳制品中AFM_(1)含量,评估不同人群暴露风险。[结果] AFM_(1)阳性检出率为9.58%,含乳饮料污染水平最高,2~6岁儿童风险需重点关注。[结论]银川市市售10种乳制品中均检出AFM_(1),但污染水平在可控范围内。鉴于儿童含乳饮料消费人群AFM_(1)致肝癌风险较高,需建立系统性监测机制并实施长期动态监管。
[Objective]To understand the contamination level of Aflatoxin M_(1)(AFM_(1))in dairy products.[Method]The content of AFM_(1) in 2099 dairy products in Yinchuan City was determined by colloidal gold immunochromatography rapid detection method and high performance liquid chromatography,and the exposure risks of different populations were evaluated.[Result]The positive detection rate of AFM_(1) was 9.58%,and the contamination level of milk-containing beverages was the highest.Special attention should be paid to the risk of children aged 2 to 6.[Conclusion]AFM_(1) was detected in all 10 kinds of dairy products sold in Yinchuan,but the contamination level was within a controllable range.Given that the risk of liver cancer caused by AFM_(1) among children who consume milk-containing beverages is relatively high,a systematic monitoring mechanism needs to be established and long-term dynamic supervision implemented.
