摘要
【目的】研究甘肃景泰白墩子盐沼国家湿地公园8种植物群落植被特征及适应性,为干旱半干旱地区湿地群落的保护和发展提供参考依据。【方法】通过设置灌木5 m×5 m、草本1 m×1 m调查样方,测量样方植物群落全部物种,株数、高度、盖度等指标以及样方地理位置等,分析湿地公园植被群落特征及适应性。【结果】灌木群落物种多样性指数、均匀度指数普遍低于草本群落,而优势度指数较高。在适应性分析中,芦苇群落和芨芨草群落地上生物量与土壤含盐量均呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),假苇拂子茅群落地上生物量与土壤含盐量呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05);小果白刺群落和碱蓬群落地上生物量与土壤含水量均呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);芦苇群落地上生物量与土壤含水量呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05);芦苇群落、花花柴群落、小果白刺群落、假苇拂子茅群落和草原薹草群落地上生物量与群落密度均呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。【结论】湿地草本群落优势度高于灌木群落;植物群落与土壤盐分抗逆性无相关关系,耐盐碱性越显著,土壤水分耐受性相关关系同土壤盐分抗逆性一致。
【Objective】The characteristics and adaptability of 8 plant communities in Baidunzi Salt Marshes National Wetland Park in Jingtai,Gansu Province were studied to provide scientific basis for the protection and development of wetland communities in semi-arid areas.【Method】By setting shrub 5 m×5 m and herb 1 m×1 m survey plots,the characteristics and adaptability of vegetation community in wetland park were analyzed by measuring all species,number,height,coverage and geographical location of the sample plant community.【Result】The results showed that the species diversity index and evenness index of shrub communities were generally lower than those of herbaceous communities,while the dominance index was higher.In the adaptability analysis,the aboveground biomass of Phragmitesaustralis community and Neotrinia splendens community showed a significant negative correlation with soil salt content(P<0.01),and the aboveground biomass of Calamagrostis pseudophragmites community showed a significant negative correlation with soil salt content(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between aboveground biomass and soil water content in Nitraria sibirica community and Suaeda glauca community(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between aboveground biomass of Phragmites australiscommunity and soil water content(P<0.05).The aboveground biomass and community density of Phragmites australis community,Karelinia caspiacommunity,Nitraria sibirica community,Calamagrostis pseudophragmites community and Carex liparocarpos community were positively correlated(P<0.01).【Conclusion】The dominance of wetland herbaceous community was higher than that of shrub community.There was no correlation between plant com‐munity and soil salt resistance,and the more significant the salt tolerance was,the correlation between soil water tolerance was consistent with soil salt resistance.
