摘要
[目的/意义]在智慧教育时代,线下线上教学相结合的学习方式已经和正在被师生和家长接受并实施,线上课堂的可持续观看性使得弹幕和评论成为学生之间以及师生之间互动的重要方式。[方法/过程]本研究采用文本分析法,以数学科目学习视频为数据来源,探索了高中生线上课堂弹幕和评论的时间特性、形式分布特性、讨论主题和文本特征。[结果/结论]研究发现:①数字资源重构弹性学习周期;②高中生关注的是知识点、学习方法策略、考试压力及资源利用;③高中生交互行为特征体现出交互行为多元化、及时性与非连续性、交互情感丰富性以及饭圈追星等倾向,从互动文本内容特征上体现出他们的线上学习过程同时存在心理上的压力与鼓励,影响作用特征上体现出同时存在内容启迪与情感表达。最后,本研究从课程设计与目标定位、学习支持与环境优化、教学调整与学习能力培养、情感支持与激励机制四个层面,提出改善学习效能和互动质量的建议和策略。
[Purpose/significance]In the era of smart education,the learning style combining offline and online has been and is being accepted and implemented by teachers,students,and parents.[Method/procedure]The sustainable viewing of online classrooms has made comments such as danmaku an important way for students and teachers to interact with each other.The study explored the temporal characteristics,formal distribution characteristics,discussion topics,and textual features of danmaku through the use,nature,and characteristics of text analysis.[Result/conclusion]Research found that:①Digital resource redeveloped elastic learning cycle;②The key aspects for high school students in academic learning included mastery of knowledge points,ef fective learning methods and strategies,management of exam pressure,and optimal utilization of educational resources;③In the characteristics of high school students’interactive behaviors,they reflected the diversification of interactive behaviors,timeliness and discontinuity,interactive emotional richness,and star-chasing in the fan circle.Their online learning process had two characteristics:psychologically pressure and encouragement,and functionally content enlightenment and emotional expression.Finally,this study put forward suggestions and strategies to improve learning effectiveness and interaction quality from four aspects:curriculum design and goal positioning,learning support and environment optimization,teaching adjustment and learning ability cultivation,and emotional support and motivation mechanism.
