摘要
目的 通过分组试验和比较,评估抖音情绪课堂在小儿哮喘雾化治疗和护理中的作用。方法 选择2023年1月-2024年12月在医院做雾化吸入治疗的1262例小儿哮喘患者及家长为研究对象。按照组间基本特征具有可比性原则将患儿分为观察组和对照组各631例。对照组按照常规方式进行护理教育,观察组按照抖音情绪课堂方式进行教育。两组家长接受雾化健康教育后,通过家长填写调查问卷来测评他们对雾化治疗和护理相关知识的掌握情况。同时医护人员及时和全面检查两组患儿的气道功能等相关数据,并逐一对他们的临床治疗表现和配合情况做登记。结果 经抖音情绪课堂的影响,观察组的家长对雾化治疗及护理相关知识掌握程度优于对照组,观察组患儿的潮气呼气峰流速和呼吸频率低于对照组,潮气量则高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、喘憋和哮鸣音的消失周期均短于对照组,总体配合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 抖音情绪课堂能够提高家长对雾化治疗和护理相关知识的掌握程度,对患儿的气道功能、临床症状和恢复情况以及患儿配合度都有正面的影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of TIKTOK emotion classroom in paediatric asthma nebulisation treatment and care through group trial and comparison.Methods 1262 cases of paediatric asthma children and their parents who recieved nebulised inhalation treatment in the hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,the children were divided into 631 cases each in the observation group and the control group.The control group given the conventional way of nursing education,and the observation group was educated according to the way of TIKTOK emotional classroom.After the parents of the two groups received nebulisation health education,their knowledge of nebulisation treatment and nursing care was measured by parentsfilling out questionnaires.The medical staff checked the airway function and other related data of the children in the two groups,and registered their clinical treatment performance and cooperation one by one.Results Under the influence of TIKTOK Emotional Classroom,the parents of the observation group had a better mastery of nebulisation treatment and nursing-related knowledge than the control group,and the peak tidal expiratory flow rate and respiratory frequency of the children in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,while the tidal volume was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance period of cough,wheezing and rales in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the overall rate of cooperation was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TIKTOK Emotion Classroom can improve parents'knowledge related to nebulisation treatment and care,and has a positive impact on children's airway function,clinical symptoms and recovery,as well as children's cooperation.
