摘要
在健康中国战略背景下,我国社会经济发展推动全民健康意识提升,但同时也面临人口老龄化加速和慢性病高发等公共卫生挑战。培养健康管理人才具有重要意义,可满足人民多元化健康需求、缓解老龄化与慢性病防治压力,同时为健康产业升级提供人才支撑。然而,当前健康管理人才培养存在诸多不足,如培养体系不健全、师资力量不足、人才培养与行业需求不匹配、评价机制不完善等。为解决这些问题,需完善教学体系,细分培养内容与目标;加强师资队伍建设;推进校企深度合作;制订科学的评价考核标准等。通过这些创新举措,有望培养出满足健康服务业发展需求的高素质健康管理人才,助力健康中国建设。
In the context of the Healthy China strategy,China's social-economic development has promoted the improvement of public health awareness,while it also faces public health challenges such as accelerated population aging and high incidence of chronic diseases.Cultivating health management talents is of great significance,can meeting the diverse health needs of the people,alleviating the pressure of aging and chronic disease prevention,and providing talent support for the upgrading of the health industry.However,there are many shortcomings in the current training of health management talents,such as an incomplete training system,insufficient teaching staff,mismatch between talent training and industry demand,and imperfect evaluation mechanisms.To address these issues,it is necessary to improve the teaching system and refine the training content and objectives.Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff team.Promote deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises.Develop scientific evaluation and assessment standards,etc.Through these innovative measures,it is expected to cultivate high-quality health management talents that meet the development needs of the health service industry and contribute to the construction of Healthy China.
