摘要
传统的中医药大学神经内科学教育需要学生同时掌握传统中医药理论和现代医学知识,从而为患有神经系统疾病的患者提供全面的医疗服务。如何整合上述2种知识体系,使学生更好地迎接神经内科学领域的后续挑战,成为中医药大学神经内科学教育的关键。文章研究了神经内科学教育领域所面临的挑战、机遇,以及ChatGPT在应对这些问题时的潜在应用,主要涉及以下几个关键问题,即整合传统中医与现代医学的挑战,复杂的神经内科学知识,获得综合医学素养的机遇,以及个性化学习和教育工具、技术的应用。作为一种信息技术工具,ChatGPT为学生提供了更多的资源和机会,但在应用时也需要克服潜在的困难如信息质量和人际互动的问题,其应被视为增强学习的工具而不是替代。通过综合考虑中医药学生的需求、中西医结合教学、个性化学习和师生的积极参与,未来ChatGPT可以为医学教育的发展和进步做出积极贡献。
In neurology education at university of traditional Chinese medicine,students are required to grasp both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories and modern medical knowledge to provide comprehensive medical services for patients with neurological disorders.Integrating these two knowledge systems and preparing students for the future challenges in the field of neurology becomes pivotal in neurology education at university of traditional Chinese medicine.This article examined the challenges and opportunities in neurology education,as well as the potential applications of ChatGPT in addressing these issues.The key issues include the challenge of integrating TCM with modern medicine,the complexity of neurology knowledge,opportunities for comprehensive medical literacy,and the application of personalized learning and educational tool technology.ChatGPT,as an information technology tool,provides students with additional resources and opportunities,but it also needs to overcome potential difficulty,such as information quality and interpersonal interaction.ChatGPT should be viewed as an enhancive learning tool rather than a substitute.By considering the needs of TCM students,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine teaching,personalized learning,and active engagement of both teachers and students,ChatGPT can make a positive contribution to the development and advancement of medical education.
