陶瓷基复合材料重复使用性能评估技术进展

摘要 可重复使用飞行器作为一种新型航天飞行器,对增强人类进出空间能力具有重要意义,陶瓷基复合材料被广泛应用于设计翼、舵类热结构,这些结构作为可重复使用飞行器的关键部件,必须符合耐高温、承载能力强、保持气动外形以及能够长时间多次使用等多项标准,热结构重复使用性能评估是飞行器研制过程中的关键技术。本文结合可重复使用飞行器的载荷环境特点,对当前国内外关于陶瓷基复合材料热结构在重复使用性能评估领域的研究进展进行了综述,最后结合飞行器研制需求总结了陶瓷基复合材料重复使用性能评估方法的难点与发展方向。 Reusable launch vehicles,as a new type of aerospace vehicle,play a significant role in enhancing humanity's ability to access and exit space.Ceramic matrix composites are widely used in the design of thermal structures such as wings and control surfaces.As critical components of reusable launch vehicles,these structures must meet multiple standards,including high-temperature resistance,strong load-bearing capacity,the ability to maintain aerodynamic shapes,and long-term,multiple-use capability.The evaluation of the reusability performance of thermal structures is a key technology in the development process of launch vehicles.This paper reviews the current research progress,both domestically and internationally,on the reusability performance evaluation of ceramic matrix composite thermal structures,taking into account the load environment characteristics of reusable launch vehicles.Finally,based on the development requirements of launch vehicles,it summarizes the challenges and future directions in the evaluation methods for the reusability performance of ceramic matrix composites.
