摘要 安全屏障是保障化工过程安全的关键技术措施,其系统化的设计与管理对预防重大事故至关重要。系统综述了化工过程工业中安全屏障的研究进展,重点围绕其定义演变、分类体系、性能评估方法及管理策略展开论述。基于文献分析,提出了一种面向管理实践的安全屏障分类框架,并引入韧性概念以拓展其功能内涵,进而从适应性与可恢复性维度构建了新的性能评价标准。此外,剖析了当前安全屏障管理中存在知识与技术差距,最后对基于定量评估与韧性理论的综合安全管理系统的未来研究方向进行了展望。 Safety barriers are key technical measures for ensuring the safety of chemical processes,and their systematic design and management are crucial for preventing major accidents.This paper systematically reviews the research progress of safety barriers in the chemical process industry,focusing on their definition evolution,classification system,performance evaluation methods,and management strategies.Based on literature analysis,a safety barrier classification framework oriented towards management practice is proposed,and the concept of resilience is introduced to expand its functional connotation.A new performance evaluation standard is then constructed from the dimensions of adaptability and recoverability.In addition,the knowledge and technology gaps existing in the current management of safety barriers are analyzed.Finally,the future research directions of an integrated safety management system based on quantitative assessment and resilience theory are prospected.
