摘要
针对某城轨列车高度阀连接杆断裂失效现象,对高度阀连接杆进行了断口形貌分析;同时对列车进行了运行测试,连接杆处最大加速度值可达约56 g,出现在部分小曲线区间内;振动加速度并未随列车速度的提高而增加;连接杆关键部位的等效应力幅值明显超过材料的疲劳应力许用值。分析结果表明:该断裂失效的主要原因是振动引起的疲劳断裂。可通过钢轨打磨减轻轨道的周期性激扰,或通过优化连接杆结构避免最大振幅出现在螺纹处。
According to a fracture failure of the height control valve connecting rod for urban rail vehicle,the fracture morphology was analyzed.Meanwhile,the running test results of the train illustrated that the maximum acceleration value at the connecting rod was about 56 g,which appeared in some small-radius curve sections.The vibration acceleration of the connecting rod was not increasing with the rising of running speed.The equivalent stress amplitude at the key position of the connecting rod exceeded the allowable fatigue stress value of the material remarkably.The analysis results indicated that the main cause of the failure is the fatigue fracture caused by vibration.It was suggested to grind the track to reduce the periodic disturbance,or optimize the structure of the connecting rod to avoid the maximum vibration amplitude occurring at the thread.
