护理学纳入“国控”背景下本科护生专业认同感的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Nursing Undergraduates′Professional Identity under the Background of Nursing Included in the National Controlled Majors

摘要 目的探讨护理学纳入“国控”专业背景下本科护生的在读体验和专业认同。方法选取浙江省内一所本科院校全日制护理学专业学生进行半结构式访谈,使用NVivo质性分析软件和传统内容分析法对资料进行分析。结果总结出两个主题和4个亚主题,分别是当前“国控”背景下本科护生的专业认知(“国控”后专业认同强化、仍缺乏深层次专业认同)和“国控”后职业发展图景中的就业期待与现实博弈(“国控”后的职业规划及就业期待、“国控”后护生综合素质与市场竞争的对立统一)。结论“国控”政策重塑本科护生对专业价值的认知,同时护生缺乏深层次的专业认同,个体综合素质低,存在自信危机。 Objective To explore nursing undergraduates′academic experience and professional identity under the background of nursing included in the National Controlled Majors.Methods Full-time nursing students from an undergraduate university in Zhejiang Province were selected for semi-structured interviews.The data were analyzed by NVivo qualitative analysis software and the traditional content analysis method.Results Two themes and four sub-themes were summarized:Nursing undergraduates′professional cognition under the background of National Controlled Majors(strengthened professional identity after nursing was included in National Controlled Majors,and still lack of in-depth professional identity);Employment expectations and realistic game in the career development prospect after nursing was included in National Controlled Majors(career planning and employment expectations after nursing was included in National Controlled Majors,and the unity of opposites between nursing students′comprehensive quality and market competition after nursing was included in National Controlled Majors).Conclusion The National Controlled Majors policy has reshaped nursing undergraduates′cognition of professional value.Meanwhile,nursing students lack in-depth professional identity,have low individual comprehensive quality,and face a confidence crisis.
