摘要
目的:建立我国护理学专业本科生职业认同量表的常模。方法:以护理学专业学生职业认同量表为测评工具,采用分阶段分层整群抽样法,于2024年5月选取我国23个省46所各类型高校的26108名全日制护理学本科生开展调查。建立我国护理学专业本科生职业认同量表的均数常模、百分位常模、划界常模和分类常模。结果:护理学本科生职业认同总均分为(3.709±0.618)分,各维度得分分别为职业价值(3.516±0.680)分、职业认知(4.030±0.639)分、职业地位(3.583±0.870)分。研究构建了性别×年级组合的均数常模;以5%为间距建立了百分位常模;采用正态分布法确定了职业认同水平的划界标准,划分为“较低”“中等”“较高”3个等级;并根据学校类型、是否调剂录取、生源地、是否独生子女等特征建立了分类常模。结论:构建的我国护理学本科生职业认同量表常模,可作为评估护理学本科生职业认同水平的参考。
Objective:To establish norms for the Professional Identity Scale of nursing undergraduates in China.Methods:Using the Professional Identity Scale for nursing students as the assessment tool,a stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to survey 26108 full-time nursing undergraduates from 46 universities across 23 provinces in China in May 2024.The mean norm,percentile norm,demarcation norm,and classification norm for the scale were developed.Results:The overall mean score of professional identity among nursing undergraduates was(3.709±0.618),with dimension scores as follows:professional value(3.516±0.680),professional cognition(4.030±0.639),and professional status(3.583±0.870).A mean norm combining gender and grade was constructed.Percentile norms were established at 5%intervals.Using the normal distribution method,cutoff standards for professional identity levels were determined and categorized into three grades:"low""medium"and"high".Classification norms were also developed based on school type,whether students were admitted via program adjustment,place of origin,and whether they were only children.Conclusions:The established norms for the Professional Identity Scale of nursing undergraduates in China can serve as reference for evaluating the professional identity levels of nursing undergraduates.
