摘要
针对48609工作面断层、背斜等地质构造,提出了煤层瓦斯预抽钻孔施工安全技术优化策略,包括施工工艺与参数动态优化、关键环节施工技术优化、装备升级与信息化融合等。应用结果表明,钻孔一次成孔率大幅提高,卡钻、塌孔等事故的发生率显著降低,钻孔初始瓦斯浓度和构造区的抽采覆盖率均得到有效提高,应急响应时间大幅缩短。研究成果为复杂构造条件下进行钻孔施工与瓦斯抽采提供了技术支撑。
In view of the geological structures such as faults and anticlines in 48609 working face,the safety technology optimization strategies for coal seam gas pre-drainage drilling construction are proposed,including dynamic optimization of construction processes and parameters,optimization of construction technologies for key links,equipment upgrading and information integration,etc.The application results show that the one-time drilling success rate is greatly improved,the incidence of accidents such as drill pipe sticking and hole collapse is significantly reduced,the initial gas concentration in the borehole and the drainage coverage rate in the structural zone are effectively improved,and the emergency response time is greatly shortened.The research results provide technical support for drilling construction and gas drainage under complex structural conditions.
