摘要
针对底板穿层瓦斯抽采钻孔卸压不充分的主要问题,采用理论分析与现场试验相结合的方法,研究了钻孔割缝网络化卸压增透机制,提出了底板穿层钻孔割缝网络化增透技术,并且在国内相关矿井进行了现场应用。应用结果表明:采用该技术措施后,平均透气性系数提高了122倍,瓦斯抽采流量提高了3.5倍,瓦斯抽采浓度提高了2.3倍,预抽达标时间缩短50%以上。
For the pressure relief inadequacy problem of bottom road boreholes, based on the method of combination of theoretical analysis and field tests, the permeability-increasing mechanism of network slotting boreholes was studied, and the permeability-increasing technology of network slotted boreholes crossing from floor was proposed. Filed test show that the technology can improve the extraction effect significantly,the permeability can be increased by 122 times in average, while the extraction flow increases 3.5 times and the gas concentration increases 2.3 times, and the stand- ard time of gas pre-pumping decreases more than 50%.
