摘要
2301工作面采煤作业中采空区瓦斯涌出量大,存在严重威胁工作面安全生产的问题,为有效治理2301工作面瓦斯,基于2301工作面通风及瓦斯涌出情况,提出了采用顶板定向长钻孔治理2301工作面瓦斯的策略,通过进行理论计算与结合瓦斯抽采经验,找出了最佳的顶板定向长钻孔位置,设计了具体的钻孔施工方案,并进行了工程应用测试,结果表明,应用该顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯技术可高效抽采2301工作面采空区瓦斯,改变采空区瓦斯流向,有效治理2301工作面瓦斯,达到保障2301工作面安全生产的目的。
In the coal mining operation of 2301 working face,the gas emission in the goaf is large,which poses a serious threat to the safety production of the working face.In order to effectively control the gas in 2301 working face,based on the ventilation and gas emission situation of 2301 working face,a strategy of using directional long boreholes on the roof to control the gas in 2301 working face is proposed.Through theoretical calculations and combined with gas extraction experience,the optimal position of directional long boreholes on the roof is identified,a specific drilling construction plan is designed,and engineering application tests are carried out.The results show that the application of this roof directional long borehole gas technology can efficiently extract gas from the goaf of 2301 working face,change the gas flow direction in the goaf,effectively control the gas in 2301 working face,and achieve the goal of ensuring the safety production of 2301 working face.
