摘要
目的探究在临床教学中对临床实习生实施人文教育的效果。方法在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯网和中国生物医学文献数据库中,采用计算机检索有关临床实习生人文教育实施效果的随机对照试验,检索时间从建库到2024年10月。使用Stata 17.0软件对所提取的文献数据进行统计学处理。结果最终纳入7篇文献,其研究共涉及368名临床实习生,其中184名临床实习生实施了人文教育,184名临床实习生未实施人文教育。统计结果显示,实施人文教育的试验组临床实习生在医患沟通能力、专业应变能力、医德认知能力的评分上和主观积极性、患者满意度的评价上均高于未实施人文教育的对照组临床实习生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对7篇文献均选用的医患沟通能力评分进行荟萃分析,证实了实施人文教育对临床实习生医患沟通能力的提升具有积极作用(SMD=2.55,95%CI:1.32~3.79),结果具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在临床教学中实施人文教育,对提升临床实习生的医患沟通能力、专业应变能力、医德认知能力和主观积极性、患者满意度具有积极作用,值得推广应用和深入研究。
Objective To explore the effects of implementing humanistic education in clinical teaching for clinical interns.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the effects of humanistic education on clinical interns were retrieved using computer from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),and VIP(www.cqvip.com),with the search time limit set from the establishment of the database to October 2024.Data from the extracted literature were statistically processed using Stata 17.0 software.Results A total of 7 articles involving 368 clinical interns were ultimately included,with 184 clinical interns receiving humanistic education and 184 not receiving it.The statistical results showed that the clinical interns in the experimental group who received humanistic education scored higher in patient-doctor communication ability,professional adaptability,medical ethics cognition ability,subjective enthusiasm,and patient satisfaction compared to the control group interns who did not receive humanistic education,with all differences being statistically significant(all P<0.05).A meta-analysis was conducted on the patient-doctor communication ability scores of the 7 articles,confirming the positive effect of implementing humanistic education on enhancing the patient-doctor communication ability of clinical interns(SMD=2.55,95%CI:1.32-3.79),with the results being statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions Implementing humanistic education in clinical teaching has a positive effect on enhancing the patient-doctor communication ability,professional adaptability,medical ethics cognition ability,subjective enthusiasm of clinical interns and patient satisfaction,and is worth promoting,applying,and further researching.
