摘要
该文探讨如何推动中医院校教育与师承教育融合,实现高水平拔尖中医药人才培养要求的问题。该文在剖析院校教育与师承教育目前存在问题的基础上,先后探讨以医案类课程为载体实现二者优势互补、破解问题的核心策略,提出构建中医拔尖人才医案类“院校-师承”融合教育课程培养体系,分阶段实现中医拔尖人才培养目标的建设思路,以及整合名医流派资源构建支撑体系、进行现代教学方法和技术改革与重构教学评价指标体系的建设路径。
This paper explores how to integrate institutional education with apprenticeship training in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)colleges to cultivate top-tier TCM talent.Based on an analysis of the current issues in institutional education and apprenticeship education,this paper explores core strategies for leveraging the complementary strengths of both approaches through case-based courses to address these challenges.The study proposes establishing an integrated"institutional-apprenticeship"case-based courses system for cultivating top-tier TCM talent,and the study outlines a phased approach to achieve the goal of cultivating top-tier TCM talent,along with pathways for integrating renowned medical lineage resources to build a supporting system,reforming modern teaching methods and technologies,and reconstructing the teaching evaluation indicator system.
