摘要
在BOPPPS教学理念指导下,对“食品质量安全管理学”课程教学方法进行改革与重构,融入行业案例研讨与实训,使教学质量显著提升,学生学习主动性、实践创新力同步增强。通过沉浸式教学环节设计,助力学生系统掌握食品质量与安全管理的全链条管控精髓,为培养兼具专业底蕴与数字化监管能力的高素质食品行业人才提供坚实支撑。未来将持续深化产教融合改革,动态优化课程资源库建设,为输送更多食品安全管理精英贡献力量。
Guided by the BOPPPS teaching philosophy,the teaching methods of the course Food Quality and Safety Management have been reformed and restructured,incorporating industry case studies and practical training,resulting in a significant improvement in teaching quality and a synchronous enhancement of students’learning initiative and practical innovation.By designing immersive teaching sessions,we aim to assist students in systematically mastering the essence of full chain control in food quality and safety management,providing solid support for cultivating high-quality food industry talents with both professional expertise and digital supervision capabilities.In the future,we will continue to deepen the integration of industry and education reform,dynamically optimize the construction of the curriculum resource library,and contribute to the delivery of more food safety management elites.
